Our Vetting Process

How We Verify
Every Teacher

We don’t just accept applications. Every Ummah Academy teacher goes through a rigorous 4-step verification process before they ever teach a student.

📋

1. Application Review

Candidates submit their Al-Azhar degree certificates, Ijazah documentation, and teaching experience records for initial review.

📜

2. Credential Verification

Our academic committee verifies all Al-Azhar credentials and Ijazah documents directly with the university — no self-reported credentials accepted.

🎥

3. Live Teaching Audit

Candidates must conduct a live 1-on-1 teaching session observed by our senior scholars for Tajweed accuracy, teaching methodology, and patience.

4. Ongoing Evaluation

All teachers receive monthly performance reviews based on student progress reports, satisfaction ratings, and session recordings.
